I'm a developer and technical director with 15 years of experience. I co-founded a startup, built a mobile app with more than 100,000 users, made bad architecture decisions, and learned not to repeat them.
Today I work as the technical right hand for startups and SMEs who want to move fast without accumulating hidden problems. I also build my own products, because a good technical director needs to know what it means to build, not just supervise.
I work fully remote, from Paris.

Exclusively full remote. It's been my working mode for years. I have the processes and tools to be as effective remotely as in person — often more so.

I work solo. That's a strength: no intermediary, no overhead cost, you deal directly with the person doing the work. For specific needs, I can rely on my network of trusted freelancers.
No minimum required. A mission can start with a one-week audit and evolve into long-term support, or stop there if that's sufficient.
At every stage: idea, MVP, product in production, technical overhaul. What changes is the nature of the intervention, but I've worked in each of these contexts.
